Erol began his career in finance at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in the Netherlands, where he served as Financial Advisor and Assistant Manager, completing specialist qualifications in investment and private financial management.
In 2010 he relocated to the Cayman Islands and joined Cayman National Securities, progressing from Associate Investment Advisor through Vice President to Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Advisor before being appointed President in 2019. Across nearly two decades in the industry, he has developed deep expertise in portfolio construction, value investing, and institutional asset management.
